		<description>I've never realized how far behind the "8 ball" so-to-speak the rest of the world is in comparison to the U.S. with technology.  Why is that??  Yet why is it with Nuclear Weapons of Mass Destruction you see many countries rising to the challenge??  Why can't technology be done across the board for the improvement of man kind??  I know for a fact that there was an IPOD put out in January that every American couldn't wait to get their hands on and it cost something like $400 American dollars.  Not all people were waiting to get their hands on it to use as one Chinese fellow couldn't wait to tear it apart.  It seems that China has now released an exact replica of the first IPOD and it's now half the price of the original.  I guess it goes back to the saying the "Dire needs of the many out weigh the needs of the few." Just thinking out loud...</description>
