All Fallout fans in India rejoice. After Microsoft India washed it’s hands off the Xbox 360 version of the game and other major India distributors shying away from the PC and PS3 versions of the game, the future of the game indeed looked more bleak then a post-nuclear apocalyptic landscape. Thankfully, Steam has stepped right in to the save the day yet again!

Come October 31st and Fallout 3 will be available on Steam for INR 2487 (USD 49.99). The best part is that there are no region restrictions, so all those with a system capable of running the game and a nice, fat broadband connection are recommended to sign-up right now and cock a snook at all the console owners who will have to rely upon imported copies or Shop-to and Play-Asia!
