Videogames – entertainment for the most part. But sometimes, with some titles, you get so caught up in the story and the characters, that it leaves a mark on you for the rest of your life. Especially if treats you to some of the most shocking, awful, tragic deaths when you least expected them. With television making a mockery out of deaths each season, it’s nice to see that some games still rely on our fondness for a certain character to twist our emotions in the most primal way possible. Here then, are some picks for the Top 10 Memorable Deaths in videogames. The list is by no means perfect, so we’d really like to hear from you as to which loss choked you up the most.
